The contoured handle of the Jegermester fits medium to large hands comfortably, and has a curve that serves as a finger guard. The handle is made of Helle’s famous curly birch that is sanded to a satin finish and shaped for comfort.
The non-laminated Helle 12C27 stainless steel blade is shaped to a scandi edge and sharpened by hand to a razor sharp edge.

The Helle Norway Story
