Each set includes two stackable trays that can comfortably fit 12 dough balls (6 in each tray), and a lid to keep your dough from drying out no matter where you’re proofing your dough: on the counter, fridge or freezer.

Our trays are made of food-grade plastic and they’re fridge, freezer and dishwasher safe for easy care.

Each tray is 40cm long (15.75″) x 30cm wide (11.8″) x 7.5cm tall (2.95″) and, when stacked, will fit in most domestic fridges’ shelves, but we recommend you check to make sure!
