Description
Made from the suet of free to roam, grass-fed animals this fat is much harder than all our other fats. It is rich in fat soluble vitamins and one of the best sources of CLA- conjugated linoloic acid. It has a very high melting point and it the absolute perfect fat for deep frying.
Tallow is extensively used in the production of quality skin care products as well as soaps.
